It's For Skinny Girls

Very nicely done but I'm a size 4 and 36" hips (which Sir Mix A Lot says is too small even though I'm 5'3") and needed two inches more to accommodate it to get around my thighs. I can wear it around my true waist like the model in the photo, but it hangs just below my cheeks. So a bit short but that's probably the look most people who buy this are going for. This is for my daughter who has a butt and it doesn't do anything for her self esteem.
