This cordless vacuum cleaner works great on parquet floors. In order for it to thrive on low-pile carpets, the conditions have to be right. The suction isn't that strong which I think is a plus for carpets, it doesn't move or suck up, but sometimes it can be difficult to pick up a speck of dust. This is the best vacuum cleaner I have. used to wash cars. The grout tool got where others couldn't and left my car the cleanest it's been in a long time. In manual mode, the suction is very effective. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. He does everything I expected of him. I like that you don't have to mount the dock to the wall to charge it. Loads fast. I hope it lasts more than 2 years unlike my last one. This is a very good vacuum cleaner at an affordable price.
