I was so excited when I got this but then I was crushed to find that parts were missing making it beyond useless. I then checked the documentation for a way to contact customer support and found that the only contact information was the manufacturer's phone number in China. I'm not kidding, the only way to contact the manufacturer for any kind of customer support is to make a long distance call to China and the people on the other end only speak Chinese. This is a very cheap product with key parts missing (the entire filter assembly was missing, not just the filter) so the unit doesn't work other than sucking everything in and spitting it out again, spraying dirt everywhere. It makes a HUGE mess! To top it off, there is no way to contact anyone to get the missing details. This can become a problem later. What do you do to get replacement parts like new filters? There is no source for paper filters, once the filter gets too dirty and can't be cleaned and reused, you're screwed. Your entire vacuum cleaner is useless now because you can't get another filter. The same applies if something breaks or wears out, the manufacturer has no after-sales service. It's not very well built or designed so parts will break and have to be replaced. What do you do then? They cannot get technical support, customer support, spare parts, etc. or anything else from the company that makes them. This is really a bad buy. It's overpriced (several times more expensive than better designed and manufactured mini vacuums), very cheaply made, poorly engineered, and there's no way to get support or parts. The quality control is so terrible that if a block is sent without the entire filter assembly, they don't even notice or care! You can't even buy filters for it. This is when you're done - you only get one filter, and when it can't be used anymore, the block ends and can't be used anymore. What kind of manufacturer sets such a high price for products with such limited use without being able to easily contact them for customers/tech support and parts and filters? Come on, almost every other vacuum on the market has the ability to get replacement parts and filters, and most of them offer at least basic after-sales service. You can't even email the manufacturer. I have researched everywhere and there is no other way to contact them other than making a long distance call to China. By the way, the battery life is worse than described - the device goes from a full charge to almost zero in just a few minutes. . I hope it was due to a bad battery or something, but who knows. The suction power was terrible too, even fully charged it sucked almost nothing. I am not impressed with this device or manufacturer and will be returning it. However, next time I will make sure that any product I buy has genuine customer support in English, is readily available, offers replacement parts/filters, and supports the products they sell.
