The rep zone allows reps from different divisions or branches within the same organization to work together seamlessly across devices, time zones and locations without compromising productivity or visibility into activity - This reduces communication barriers between internal teams working for any client which helps reduce friction internally between departments at my current employer as well as creating better relationships between clients/customers who are part our daily lives. It also greatly simplifies managing complex contact data for thousands or more contacts per account allowing us greater efficiency when searching through large lists. There isn’t much I dislike about it overall but there could be perhaps some slight UI improvements here and there so that they don't feel clunky sometimes while using this tool.
