We have a nice wine cooler. But I hate sticking an open bottle in it. The plugs are all leaking. We even have those fancy trouser pegs you can vent air through. They all flow too. Sometimes a lot. But. I'm tired of drinking the rest of the wine 78 degrees. So I thought I'd try. I was more than a little skeptical. To my surprise, they work fantastically. I posted some photos where I tweaked the test. After a few hours there is no leak. I then put it in the wine cooler where it sat for several days and yet, you guessed it, NO LEAK! The silicone material is very snug to the bottle but very easy to install. Obviously you cannot remove air with this product. But at this point, I just wanted something that wouldn't leak into our wine cooler. This product works great for us. They appear sturdy and well made. There are six of these in a color pair. Very happy with these wine corks so far.
