Disappointed good hair care product
I am very disappointed in this purchase. It's very difficult to use, not at all like the tutorial video, it pulls out a lot of strands of hair and doesn't stay on my head tightly enough. When you make a ponytail, it will unravel and the front of your hair will bunch up. I am extremely disappointed.
