It's a 1440p, 144Hz curved monitor, so it's definitely made for gaming. Colors and from white to black leave a lot to be desired, but not much. HRD is good if you're watching a movie, turn it off for FPS games, it lowers the FPS a bit and doesn't really change the graphics much. At 32 inches, this is the perfect size for a 2.5 foot deep table, but can also be used closer or further away. The kit includes everything you need to get started: stand, cable and screen. At the beginning the curve is quite extreme, it took a while. get used to it, now i don't even see it when i edit a video.
