Review on 🩲 Cotton Thermal Boys' Underpants: KISBINI Quality Clothing for Children by Corey Randolph

Is it normal for the tags to be cut off that I don't even know the size or care instructions? Or am I lucky enough to receive a used and returned item? I bought 2 of these pants and both have the inside tags cut off. They had another tag attached to the outside of the pants with plastic wire, which I cut off myself before washing the pants, but I was put off that the inside tags were gone. Goes well with my 4T. Seems warm enough and comfortable enough to wear under top layer pants.
