The ability to create multiple cases for different clients, easily changing case status from pending or closed etc., great customer support team! I would like it if there was more customization of screens/forms between users (more fields per screen). We use this at work primarily as our project tracking system; however we also have some internal documents created using basecase files attached with emails sent through out organization so they can be shared internally without having access outside email accounts such as gmail /hot mailetc..
