Doesn't work: Paint and primer

I applied the recommended 6 coats. I found it holds a very small magnet with nothing underneath. When trying to put a sheet of paper under the magnet, it fell off after a few minutes. I had high hopes but this product was a huge disappointment. It frustrated me at best, but the end result was my favorite magnet fell off and broke.
