Review on GEOGLIDE Pterodactyl Glider Kit with 33" Wingspan - Perfect for Thrilling Flights by Andrew Schobinger

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Dirty and poorly designed. User change required.

Like most people, I bought this to burn off some energy for my little one during this stay in isolation. It's a good concept, but the product is poorly made. The two cheap pieces of tape that hold the sturgeons in place fail after the first few flights. The thing keeps separating in the middle. I had to operate on him, thread in interfering tape and tape the body in place. Otherwise I would pick it up piece by piece every time my kid pulls it out for the next run. If it was $5-10 I wouldn't mind and would probably give it 4 stars. But I paid $30! For this amount I would expect the product to be more durable and not require modifications to make it work reliably. Avoid this product unless it lowers the price or improves the design!

Pros
  • Our flying TERRODACTILE TERROR is detailed using real Jurassic fossils from the museum. All shapes and lines are drawn to scale, and the skin on the body shows all the muscles of the arms and body. The pterodactyl model is hand-painted and like nature, no two specimens are alike.
Cons
  • The list will be long.
