I liked how thorough everything was explained for me before we used it. They made sure I understood all of their services so there were no surprises later down the road when using them! Not much - but they really put an emphasis towards making this as easy-to use/understand as possible. The customer service is great too!! If anything comes up along my business journey (and trust us; things will come), contacting Customer Service has been very helpful and accommodating at every turn. We LOVE working together because of these traits. This product can't be beat if someone wants quality assistance from start to finish throughout any aspect of running a veterinary clinic or hospital. It's not cheap either though ;). Make certain anyone who assists you understands what each section does prior to getting started. Our tech support staff had some knowledge gaps which caused confusion regarding sections within VetTrax once implementation began. That said however those issues are resolved now.
