The product was easy to install don't forget the rubber seals (otherwise it will leak). The hanging bracket is weak so I attached it to the wall on both sides which made it much stronger. So one possible improvement would be to add a double sized suction cup/plate to better attach it to the wall. Both spray heads have great options. The grip is light which is great. Another downside is that when you switch it to the "OFF" position, water leaks from both the hand held shower head and the shower head (probably defective); other blocks I've had have not leaked at this setting (may need to be replaced if they continue to leak). Update May 27, 2020: The product started leaking from the hand/shower switch today. I can't do anything to fix this; Ordered a replacement to give it another chance. 6/2/2020 removed the leaking showerhead, noticed a crack at the point of its attachment to the main shower pipe. Fitted a replacement but unfortunately the threaded part that the shower head attaches to can be misaligned/twisted causing it to screw in crookedly and leak immediately. Came back for another model that was cheaper and hasn't leaked yet. Constantly reinstalling products is very annoying. I can only imagine the disappointment when you have to pay someone to install it.
