These bags are fine. They're economical, seal well, stay airtight, and pass the freeze test. This is a good range of sizes included. I often use the smallest size for sous vide and the other two sizes for freezing. I've also found that vacuum packing my iceberg lettuce and kale after using half of them keeps them fresh for much longer and the cut doesn't brown. 11" bags work well for this. In fact, there is no need to pay for more expensive packages if they do their job well. ***** Please recycle! I trim the sides of dirty bags so they are easily washed and then can be recycled*****
