Three times is a charm.
End of the day we love the new bulbs. MUCH brighter than OEM Ford H13s. Knocked them down to 4 stars because first pair of bulbs delivered had 1 miss-manufactured bulb. Contacted Cust Service and within a few days they sent our a replacement, which had a different style plug than originals and wouldn't "snap" into harness correctly. Contacted Cust Service (again), sent pics and they agreed to replace with correct style plug.took 10 more days to get here. Very responsive Cust Service but looks like they have the "B" team doing quality checks on what gets shipped-out. Overall (finally) happy.
