I don't wear prescription glasses, I only wear reading glasses. They're great for everyday wear, so I don't have to put my reading glasses on and off a million times a day. I would really appreciate it if they lasted longer. I have several pairs hidden at home and in the car. A pair that I wore almost every day for several months broke in two places and had to be thrown away after only 3 months. I take great care of my glasses. I have had several pairs of sunglasses that have lasted me for over 5 years. The good thing is that they weren't very expensive, so the losses are small. Let's see how other couples hold up. If they are traveling for more than a few months I would consider them very valuable. At the moment I would rate it as good. I still give them 4 stars based on how well they do their daily job. I like to put them on and not take them off.
