Really good quality and picture. I didn't have two straps, but the straps that came with the kit were too long for my headrest. They don't have velcro for the full length of the strap, only the first half. So I had to buy some 24 inch velcro straps from Amazon and it worked like a charm because the new velcro straps went all the way to the end of the strap. Have used DVD players on several trips so far and kids love them. I think one of the strongest selling points is the fact that you can use the SD card to play movies/TV shows. First of all, I agree with most of the other commenters that the strap system is confusing. I finally found a way to use the horizontal strap, although I don't know if it's designed for that or not. First off, headrest straps are virtually useless for any headrest smaller than a bed pillow. Velcro sections are not the length of the entire webbing. Given that this product is advertised as a car dvd player, such a terrible strap is not what I expected. I really wish this harness came with some sort of plastic Vonnie headrest mount that screws in and attaches to the headrest bars.
