First of all, I agree with most of the other commenters that the strap system is confusing. I finally found a way to use the horizontal strap, although I don't know if it's designed for that or not. A video on how to use the straps properly would be fantastic, and some more documentation/explanation on how to use them. Aside from that 1 complaint, the first set I ordered, the second monitor didn't work. The seller sent it back with no problems and at the same time sent a new set in the mail. DVD monitors are great, they have good sound for kids and huge screens. The opening door of the DVD player can be a bit of a challenge for my kids but they will get used to it. The screens are of excellent color and resolution. I really like that there are volume and playback controls on the front of the screen. This means that children do not have to hold the remote control all the time. I also think it's good that the devices can be switched off using the side switch or remote control. I haven't used the memory card function yet. I can one day.
