Dirty and filled with engine oil.
The gauges arrived from the factory dirty and full of engine oil. They smell so awful I had to take them outside and wipe off the excess oil. I have to soak them in detergent before using them so I don't know how well they work yet. Seriously, this lack of cleanliness is unacceptable even for a machine shop.
