These tools are exactly what I expected, they fit my hands well and are so comfortable to touch. I am a masseuse and use it on my clients. However, the letter tool broke slightly, which doesn't surprise me. I've seen other brands whose tools break just as easily. Jade is very fragile and it is important not to press too hard when the tool is flat but to maintain a more acute angle when the tool is perpendicular to the skin. Also make sure to hold the tool with as much support as possible and don't push hard by holding it in the middle or the end. I dropped this tool while washing it in the sink and any impact can weaken the jade's integrity. .So I order another set.
