Review on 🎵 Crosley CR6233D-BK Dansette Bermuda Portable Turntable: Aux-In, Bluetooth, Black by Eric Glup

I was so excited to purchase this product. It is beautiful and goes well with my living room decor. I was able to use this maybe 3 times over the last year before it stopped working. I knew it had to be a manufacturer issue, not a wear and tear issue. When I called Crosley I was told that they do not work with discontinued items and they will not purchase any of their power cords as this could be a problem. They didn't want to send me one because my warranty had expired. My warranty ended in November (one year after purchase). It was around this time that I called them for the first time to tell them about my problem. They told me to look at the tape that it might need replacing and then they told me to call in a few days if that doesn't work. The strap is in excellent condition (like I said I've only used it about 3 times). But I waited a few days before calling again. They told me to register my product so I could file a claim and then wait a few days for it to go through. So I did. When I called them back the third time (it's now two months after my warranty expired) they told me my warranty had already expired and there was nothing they could do. Their customer service was not helpful at all. I will never buy Crosley products. They are beautiful but cheaply made.
