I have several colors of the same bag that I have bought over the past few years. This bag looked good when I received it, but when I first used it and carried it over my shoulder, the strap broke on one side. Rather than returning and replacing I used a needle and thread to sew through the strap. I hope it will last. Really disappointed that the quality of the bag seems to be dropping. I hope there will be no more problems with this chambray bag.
