Review on Urban CoCo Womens Flared Pleated Women's Clothing : Skirts by Garry Ortiz

I like this skirt. According to the size chart I was between medium and large (my waist is about 29.5 inches) and I chose large. That way the skirt actually falls a few inches below my waist and I have some slack. It goes well with tops, just how I wanted them, so I don't think they're too big. They're quite long on me (almost ankle length) because I'm 5ft 2in tall. But I love the way it looks and have gotten a lot of compliments. Very satisfied!
