I often find myself looking for creative solutions to "how easy it is to turn this on and off" and I have to say that this Illuminated Footswitch with 9ft cord to jack is one of the is best i had . stumble. I have two devices on my desktop that I only use "occasionally" and both are UNDER my desk and I don't have easy access to them when I want to be able to access each device's separate power button. enable or disable. Both devices are black with black cords and both don't easily detach from the chair. I needed a cable with a footswitch so I could just move my foot to turn it on and off with no issues. This product solved my problem perfectly. PRO'S1) Long enough (nine feet) to maneuver under my desk without difficulty or trip hazards. Shorter cords cross the area where my legs move and snag, this one doesn't. 2) TWO headlights. One stays on to let you know the cord is connected to a live circuit. The second light comes on only when you turn the switch to the ON position. Great design! 3) Three outlets is more than enough for my needs right now so I don't have to worry about getting multiple cords. off.5) White color. So I can easily find it under my dark desk when I need to rearrange things. Black cords in a dark place. Not comfortable. CONSN None that I have come across so far.
