The system works without any problems when it comes down in large quantities (millions).

We have saved time compared to manual monitoring systems because we can get information immediately about customers' expectations or requests regarding our merchandise line up! It's not very customizable but this makes sense since there are so many types/sizes etc., I would like more options if possible as well such color variations between similar items which could be helpful once they release an update!! Overall great solution; saves us tons off work otherwise done manually by hand from customer feedback surveys sent out via email vs just checking them ourselves at each point during product shipment.
