This is an amazing auto tray and to be honest I wasn't expecting it at first but just had to try it! :) My old one broke so I looked for a new one and found this one - I had already bought fountain filters from the seller a few years ago so I knew it was probably good quality and a good choice even if it seemed expensive and. ..it! So happy I tried it! MY GOD! It is wonderful! First of all, this tray looks cosmic! :) The design is amazing and suits my needs - I love the modern look but... Looks aren't everything, are they? But I just couldn't do without it, even though I could choose something much cheaper - seriously, I couldn't find anything like it anywhere! to Raven! I was completely won over by this egg design! :) It is very durable and the quality of the plastic parts is very high! No complaints at all! But... it took my "kitten" a while to get used to this - my fault for making him try it first instead of just replacing the old one and letting him explore for himself ! (It all depends on Preffefrables right?) Let me make this as short as possible and present the pros and cons I've noticed using it: PROS: - The construction is very solid and the parts are of a very high quality Quality - It looks like LEGO so you can match one piece to the other during installation - the amount of litter can be adjusted to suit your kitty's needs and trust me, you don't have to step out of the box - there's inside Manual cleaning buttons but I never used them as the tray seems to know better when to clean it! :) - cleaning starts when the cat has done its job and left the litter box - sensors can easily tell when the cat has been inside or when it has returned while the cleaning process is in progress - the design is so amazing I didn't never found anything like it! (I think I said that already :P) - extremely easy to assemble - extremely easy to clean - very quiet (most of my videos - still figuring out how to add them all to the review once I know that I'll be sure to post all of them - filmed in complete silence and I assure you you won't hear it until you sit/stand nearby!) - tested under various conditions and always works as expected! CONS: - Very slow cleaning mechanism, but do you really care if it works for you?! :) - too small for cats over 16lbs - I need to weigh my Sweetie Pie before buying :D but... he's already on a diet so he can enjoy this new litter box to the fullest - he loved getting in and playing around , so he deserves it! - It took my cat a while to finally try it but... it's not a product fault, it's my cat preference and my way of going about it first! (my fault as I pushed him when I wanted to, not when he was willing to do it himself). I would definitely recommend this automatic tray especially if you have a small cat (less than 16-17lbs) as it works great, quiet and smooth! I'm not giving up on any of this because it's something all cat lovers should try! And I know my "kitten" needs to lose some weight :) * certainly not the best option for Maine Coons, Savannahs, larger Siberian or Norwegian Forest cats ** Will post a video and litter size for reference later ** * maybe not that cheap but really great quality and the seller is so cool - before buying I asked a lot of questions and got the right answers! How cool is that?!
