Not quite sticky, but not terrible.

Not tacky enough to safely separate Oracal 651 vinyl from the backing paper. It takes a lot of patience to transfer intricate designs. I also tried Vvivid Translucent Transfer Paper and found it much better. Update: After leaving the transfer tape on the cut vinyl for a few hours it lifts the designs well and still comes off easily after applying to the final surface. I think the glue just needs a little time to cure.
