I've never had a large fixed shelf that I could assemble myself. This is a dream! I am a 67 year old female and all I needed was my granddaughter to help me get him inside and get him back on his feet. It really is ONLY OPEN! I bought this for my laundry and tool box. I have so much more than that! I didn't use roles because I was afraid I would overload them. I just recently bought a second one for my kitchen to house a TV, toaster and other items. Now this is the only type of shelf I will ever buy.
