Great product, great service: MultiBel

This software has been very helpful in my career as I am often needed to respond when things go wrong with equipment or if there are issues we need addressed by customers before they affect us financially! The cost can be high so it needs thought into purchasing but this tool does not disappoint once purchased - especially now Covid-19 restrictions mean staff cannot travel across borders which means many alerts may never get heard about due problems outside their control (such COVID). At least one member from each team must own/use mobile device such phone etc AND check email regularly otherwise notifications will fall through gaps!! If your organisation deals heavily internationally then ensure someone owns international devices too e..g Apple Watch + iPhone & iPad. It's easy to configure and manage.The reporting system is very good and the support is excellent.There are some plugins that are very useful.The price is a bit high for a software of this quality. It's not a problem but I think that the price can be lower. I have not found any disadvantages. The system is very good and I recommend it. We have a very good management of our emergency plans.
