I suspect that the charging cables are made of copper-plated aluminum and are not properly measured. They should be 10 AWG 100% copper. Clips were enough for 2 battery charges 12VDC 35Ah AGM on the table. I plan to use it to fill up and repair small solar projects. It charges 12V DC batteries well. It also worked well to recover a dead battery. So overall it's ok BUT if you plan to use it more than a few times you'll need to upgrade the charging cable and clips. I have a suitably sized wire with ring terminals to "fix its shortcomings".
