Totally unsatisfied!

They sold me a generic product and it doesn't fit my car, it might be too late to return the item and I was just trying to get my mechanic to fit them. I made her throw them away as I don't need them. I would like my money back, but I'm not worried. It just frustrates me that I sent information about my car to the office and they still sent me the wrong thing.
