I really wanted to like this broom and dustpan. The broom is fine. It's a broom. No better or worse than others. I have problems with the owl. First, when the broom is fixed, it will not stand. He kept falling. I found a solution to this problem by moving the bracket and simply placing the broom at the back instead of the front when standing. Another problem I couldn't find was that the bottom of the shovel was deformed. . He's not level with the ground. So whenever I swept dirt in, something fell in, and most of it fell under the pan. So I swept and swept without hitting the pot. So I'm sending it back and using the cheap one I bought a while ago because it actually works better. Incidentally, there was no card with a 24-hour telephone number. I would try that first before sending it back. I sent an email to the address on the trash can with no response. Too bad it did not work.
