That works fine. If you want something that holds 3 liters, get more.

Robust design in terms of durability and water resistance. When open, it probably holds 3 liters. When I look at the capacity of a stuff sack, I worry about the volume once the lid has been rolled up and sealed. Not big enough for lunch, let alone sunglasses, cellphone and bag contents.
