As a longtime avid mountain biker, I felt like I knew what my suspension setup should be. That's more or less true. It didn't change my settings much with its recommendations, but it did make some recommendations and those changes really helped. I kind of feel like the design of this suspension got better as I bought the bike with the newer suspension, that I rode the bike and tweaked it by feel and got to the point where it was better than my previous bike, and I figured that should be the case and I stopped playing with the settings but this made it even better so obviously I wasn't playing enough. I think the real reason I went for it was to help my family tune their suspension because sometimes they don't know how to tell me how they feel - so they just ride and I see, then what their app says and make changes. Works well on that front too.
