Pretty good showerhead for the price. The instructions include 4 steps and only your hands are required for this. My gripe with the instructions is that they say to wrap the end of your shower cords in teflon tape (a large supply is included), but they don't mention that they wrap the ends of the cords at both the head to supply line connection and from the supply line to the holder showers. Anyway, I did this to make sure there were no leaks, there was plenty of tape left and no leaks. I think it's a shame that the cable from the holder to the shower head is so short. It hangs way above the tub line, and if your little ones use it, you're likely to end up in a soggy tub. I tried unsuccessfully to upgrade my old supply line but it didn't fit. Close, but the tolerances just aren't the same. Call me picky, but the whole assembly is plastic with a chrome mask. It just looks light and cheap. Two additional washers were included in the kit without explaining their presence in the kit and their purpose. Simple derivation says for both ends of the feed line, however. Installation was easy, 10 minutes max and again just your hands. no other tools. It has a great three phase spray and compared to the rest of the water in the house it seems divine. I live where the water is hard and there is a lot of scale and other unpleasant things in the water and I immediately felt the difference. That's really the only reason I bought this machine because it can soften water. I wish they would either include a second filter in the kit or sell additional filters here at Revain. It gives you a product number, but it looks like it's a replacement head or other kit, not a filter. It is recommended to replace the filter every 6 months but I think it will be every 3 months and I want to be prepared for that. Also, to move the head, they simply grabbed the supply line and simply disconnected the decorative cover (see photo). The view confirms my thoughts that this is too cheap a kit. Biggest plus: It really changes the quality of your water. luxurious Biggest minus point: torn. either a short supply line or looking for replacement filters. Or both. Would I buy again: Probably. I would wish for a more durable set with a longer lead.
