The detachable shower head is very comfortable and holds up very well even after a few months. Very easy to remove and replace in the bracket. I think the filter component is not up to par. The minerals in our hair leave it coppery. This seems to do absolutely nothing to minimize this problem. I had other filters that helped, but I wanted the manual option. I received the item quickly. Now a hint. Apply Teflon tape liberally to all connections before doing anything else. Pretty good showerhead for the price. The instructions include 4 steps and only your hands are required for this. My gripe with the instructions is that they say to wrap the end of your shower cords in teflon tape (a large supply is included), but they don't mention that they wrap the ends of the cords at both the head to supply line connection and from the supply line to the holder showers.
