I like that it's easy to use for all levels of users - from those who are new in cybersecurity (or have never used any kind) up through more advanced IT professionals or CISOs/CDIs with years under their belt using other solutions out there! The support is great as well; they're always willing to help us work towards our goals when we run into roadblocks along the way so far everything has been good :) It can be difficult at times determining what exactly you need vs just getting started without knowing how things will flow down once implemented but this isn't really an issue per se since most companies don’t know where to start anyway haha ;) We've had some issues implementing certain modules such as SIEM which was unexpected given its popularity amongst many large organizations however these were quickly resolved by Esof Support staff via email / phone call within 24hrs after initial inquiry & request.
