I bought this to replace original best on a 11 year old washing machine. The original belt lasted 11 years this replacement belt only lasted 5 months! I tried to find customer service for Bluestars but could not find a contact. Hopefully they will see this and send another belt. I ordered a new belt but looks like I need to keep a spare around! π‘
