Review on 🔧 High-Performance Qty (2) StrongArm 6222 L & R Tailgate Lift Supports for Subaru Outback 2005-2009 Wagon by Nick Henning

My 2005 Outback xt ltd sunroof will no longer stay open by itself. This lid is HEAVY and I didn't know how many times I opened it each week while taking the kids to school and training. I had some serious training and got tired of trying to hold it open with one hand and trying to put things in the back and take them out. These lifting legs fit together perfectly and were easy to swap out. I asked my mechanic about the cost of the replacement last month when I had my clutch replaced and he estimated around $250-$300 for parts and labor with "genuine Subaru parts". I was nervous about doing it myself, but I watched a few YouTube videos and it was easy. Clutch - mechanics, jacks - seem very strong to me, but I've only had them a few days, time will tell
