I bought this tablet a few months ago because I wanted to take notes on it and so far it has done a great job. The handle that comes with it works very well. In comparison, I definitely like the Samsung S Pen better than the Surface Pen. I only used it for note taking and reading, so I can't comment on how this tablet handles tasks like video streaming. The only issue I've encountered so far is that the OneNote app freezes at times, but that always resolves when I close and reopen the app (we'll see if this problem gets worse with use). To be honest this issue could be related to the OneNote app as I didn't notice this tablet getting stuck in another note app. It's probably the cheapest tablet you can buy that works with an electronic digitizer, and for note-taking, it gets the job done.
