Easy to use. I would say we are at the first steps. We are trying to expand our solution to all company offices. It is difficult to manage the different offices with one server and have multiple clients. The support has been very helpful. We are currently on one server, but I believe we should have more than 1 for scalability purposes. We did not install it on our own, we are using a partner who did it for us. The solution helps us to have better control of your email service and email clients. We are also implementing more business processes using it. The best thing about this is that it has made my life easy by providing me with all the required tools to operate the system. There are other features like auto-updating and auto-back up which makes the work even more easier. It is quite expensive for the price you get. I would say its not worth buying if your budget is low. Its a good product but there are better options out there. We have been able to solve our problems regarding the management of our network.
