I have 2 now. I am a triathlon cyclist and getting up from the aero position to drink really slows me down as I have to bend down, take a sip and put my water bottle back in the cage (below or behind me) . Now all I have to do is put the straw in my mouth and drink. When the tank is empty I take the water bottle from one of the cages and use the quick fill cap (cut open neoprene cap). I've found that if I put the spout of the bottle in there and squeeze the bottle about 4 times, it completely empties into the tank. Great system. They also offer a yellow rolled up plastic thing that looks like a shower sponge. This device must be placed in the neck of the tank to prevent the liquid from squirting out from above. It really works. However, rinse it thoroughly after use. The only real problem with the kit is that the soft, clear, flexible tubing smells really bad. It also makes everything you drink taste like a whistle. Absolutely terrible. They have to change every material they use to make it into something completely different. I usually throw away the clear tube and cut a piece of the clear tube off my old CamelBak system that had too many tubes. This transparent tube is odorless and tasteless (even when new). (updated 7/9/2014, new CamelBak link, old product discontinued) CamelBak Replacement Flow Tube To be clear, you will also need to purchase a Profile Design aero drink holder in order for this system to work with whatever aerodynamic system you use. be used as the width between the bars can vary. Another problem is that the water bottle takes up most of the space in the front. If you have a bike computer (speedometer, GPS, etc.) installed between the aero bars, you will need to move it to another location. Somehow this item is listed as a "toy" so ignore my star rating on that.
