firstly it takes forever for the cartridge to clog and drain into the jug, we have had this jug for 3 months now, yes its easy to use there are a few nasty features . Water has been filtered for ages and when you pour a drink you mostly get unfiltered water, less than 3 months use and we engineered a leak, with all the design features, it leaves very few seams that if they aren't properly sealed , will leak, it hasn't been hit, but today I found a large puddle of water around the jug on our counter, after wiping it off, I lifted the jug and found a small but continuous dripping from somewhere, so it can now not its used. With so little use it broke very quickly.
