I am so glad I bought this stand mixer. During the current pandemic, I've developed an interest in baking, especially cakes. I was looking for a food processor for baking because a hand mixer was no longer suitable for me. I was looking for a good stand mixer in an accessible area. I stumbled across this blender and juicer and am very glad I bought it. This is exactly the mixer I was looking for. It's affordable, easy to use and easy to clean. I also love the juicer. I've used it a lot and loved it. A stand mixer mixes all the ingredients well. I've made 3 cakes so far and they all turned out perfect. The mixing bowl is large enough to prepare three 9-inch cakes. I also use a stand mixer for cream frosting for cakes. It mixes butter and powdered sugar very well and the mixture is very homogeneous. I recommend this blender to anyone looking for a great blender at a very reasonable price. It will not disappoint you.
