While I'm grateful that plastic caps are included with my purchase (I ordered from a company that didn't have them), they don't fit well, and the entire brush head came off when trying to remove the cap before cleaning. The head also didn't fit well in the toothbrush block and I had to take the head off and put it back on a few times while brushing because the toothbrush didn't wobble. I give two stars because at least they had spare caps.
