Love this little dough roller! Nice balance, smooth pin. Made a huge difference when making homemade dumpling dough circles. Instead of having to use a longer thin rolling pin that I typically use for pie dough, I tried this smaller rolling pin and WOW! No more having to make additional room for the movements of a longer pin, and no more watching things getting knocked over or flying off the kitchen counter because one side of a longer pin hit it. I was able to roll circles much quicker than using a longer pin--this is a time-saver for me. I showed my daughter the pin and after using it, she is buying one on eBay.
