This is a serious product that does exactly what it is supposed to do. It's made of metal and feels sturdy. The kit contained all the necessary parts, including a tiny key. Once properly attached, the mount stays in place and does not move. The ball head allows you to position the camera at almost any angle. I attached the mount to the bike handlebars and during the long ride, despite all the vibration, everything stayed securely in place. On the other hand, the product was packaged in a clear plastic bag, not even a box. And there was no manual, although everything is pretty clear. Overall I am very happy with this action camera mount and would definitely recommend it.
