This is not good for your car and will definitely do you no good.
What a scam. It connects to the MAF sensor wiring and isn't even a chip. This is a multi-wire resistor. All it will do is make your computer believe that the engine is getting colder air than it actually is, making it run "for rich". This is not good for your car and definitely will not give you any improvement in fuel economy or performance.
