I wanted so badly to be that person working in my quiet home office with a kitten sleeping in the window surrounded by houseplants. In this cozy vision, she wakes up from time to time to sit and watch what's going on outside or chat with the birds. This bed would be a worthy post for her to rule her kingdom. I thought she would enjoy being a little elevated (just the right height for her to jump into bed and get up from the table with ease). After all, she patiently waits to meet unsuspecting victims in passing whenever she finds a high spot on a shelf or elsewhere in the house. But no. I've tried everything from coaxing her with treats to completely ignoring the bed (I tried to get inside her head and play a game) to no avail. Instead, she chose to sleep right under the bed (because cats). I've come to terms with the fact that I love the idea of this bed way more than she ever did/could. I hope that at least your cuddly vision has come true and that your cat is happy about this purchase. It's very easy to assemble (assemble in minutes) and install - the hard part may lie with the user of this hammock :P
