Lights made it fun - my new review

Loved this, it completed my mad hatter costume perfectly. Stretchy waist so it would fit a variety of sizes. It was a tad shorter than I had hoped, but I just wore spandex shorts under it. The lights made it so fun!

Sizing is awful!!

Bought this for a friend and I must say it was adorable on her. Had a hard time trying to open the battery compartment myself, I hope my friend figured it out so the lights would work.
